1. Introduction

Welcome to 2A Cash. By using our services including wallet, mobile money, P2P transfers, bank transfers, and bill payments you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Users must create an account and complete verification to access services. You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for securing your account credentials.

3. Services Offered

2A Cash provides:

Digital wallet for value storage

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfers

Mobile money deposits and withdrawals

Bank transfers

Bill payments

Our services are powered by third-party providers like Chipper Cash (international transfers) and Hubtel (local services).

Note: 2A Cash does not hold customer funds directly.

4. Fees and Charges

P2P transactions are free. However, small service fees may apply to some transactions. All fees are shown before confirmation.

5. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case depending on the transaction type and reason. Errors due to user actions may not qualify.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal purposes or fraud

Access or tamper with others’ accounts

Use bots or automated tools

Violate local or international laws using the service

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Policy violations

Government directives

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

No prior notice is required for urgent security or legal concerns.

8. Third-Party Services 

2A Cash integrates trusted third-party platforms. These partners have their own terms. While we facilitate transactions, final processing and fund storage are managed by Chipper Cash, Hubtel, or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

2A Cash is not liable for indirect or incidental damages (including data loss, downtime, or financial loss) due to service use or interruptions. We do not guarantee error-free, continuous service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions is gavern by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Dispute courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated version.
